results of our online member survey show that an overwhelming majority
of us
are interested in Farm/Artisan producer tours. Member Mary Kimbrough
has responded by organizing
a day-long trip to
visit some of our Slow Food member/producers where they live and work.
Tour
will
include transportation, lunch, dinner, tastings and gratuities.

scientist. He is also a leading voice for conserving and
renovating native plant agriculture in the Americas.

Here's how the book club works:
- We'll meet every six weeks to discuss a book. Books will
be selected by those attending the previous meeting.
- Meetings will be held in a volunteer host home.
- We will continue to meet as one group and break into smaller
groups as needed to foster discussion.
- Each meeting will be scheduled from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. The
first half hour is for socializing. The book discussion will be
from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
- RSVP email is required for each book club meeting.
